OUR STORY**Introducing the Team**
**Ryan Choi**
As the owner and web developer, I have over a decade of experience in creating websites that achieve high rankings. Growing up around the trades, I developed a keen understanding of contractors' needs while building the website for 4-U Electric. Now I specialize in web design and local SEO services for contractors throughout Minnesota, working directly with clients.
**What Makes Us Unique**
- **Direct Interaction**: You will work directly with me, Ryan Choi, throughout the entire process. When you reach out via email or phone, you will speak with the same person who's optimizing your site and managing your SEO efforts, without the need for account managers or handoffs.
- **Specialization for Contractors**: Unlike general marketing agencies, my services are tailored specifically for contractors in fields such as HVAC, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and general contracting. I understand how both contractors and their customers search for services and what it takes to achieve high rankings.
- **Integrated Website and SEO Services**: Many agencies treat web design and SEO as separate tasks. I combine both into a single cohesive system, managing the site structure, content, Google Business Profile, directory listings, and reviews together, as this is essential for Google ranking in local searches.

**Frequently Asked Questions**
1. **What is your onboarding process for new clients?**
- **Step 1**: **Free SEO Audit**: I evaluate your Google Business Profile, directory listings, reviews, and map visibility in your service areas. If you have a current website, I’ll also assess it, or I can help if you need a new one.
- **Step 2**: **Strategy Call**: I will discuss what is effective, what isn’t, and my recommendations for improvement.
- **Step 3**: **Engage in Ongoing Collaboration**: If we decide to proceed together, we will agree on a monthly retainer, starting with the development of your website and its SEO foundation, followed by continuous monthly work.
You will work directly with me throughout the process—no sales team or onboarding coordinators involved.
2. **How do you define success?**
- I focus on rankings, calls, and leads—nothing more.
Each month, you will receive a report detailing:
- Your rankings in the map pack and organic results.
- The traffic sources and volume.
- The calls and leads generated.
I avoid pointless metrics like impressions or bounce rates. If you’re not receiving more calls, the SEO hasn’t been effective, and that’s the standard I uphold.
3. **What is your typical ROI or success rate?**
- I created 4-U Electric's site, with over 20 service area pages targeting more than 15 cities in central Minnesota, using structured data and a content strategy designed to rank in every area. This level of detail is what I provide for every client.
I am selective in choosing clients to ensure I can deliver results. If I feel your market is unsuitable, I will be upfront about it.
4. **What is your turnaround time?**
- Most website builds are completed in 2 to 4 weeks. Larger projects with numerous service area pages might take longer, but you’ll receive a clear timeline beforehand.
SEO work is ongoing, so there’s no defined turnaround. Each month, I update your Google Business Profile, build citations, create content, and monitor rankings. Your monthly report will keep you informed about the activities and progress made.
For communication, I ensure to respond to emails and calls within one business day, often the same day. You don't have to wait for a middleman; you can contact me directly.
5. **How do you collaborate with clients?**
- All communication flows through me directly—no account managers or project coordinators involved.
Daily interactions primarily occur via email and phone. If issues arise with your website or rankings, you contact me directly without any unnecessary delays.
Each month, you'll receive a report summarizing completed work, changes in rankings, and incoming leads. I’m happy to walk you through the report or allow you to review it independently, ensuring you’re always aware of the current status.
I aim to simplify the process intentionally. Contractors are busy managing their jobs, and you shouldn’t need to learn a project management system or attend weekly meetings just to understand your SEO efforts.
