Who I am: I founded Laridae, a management consulting and training firm dedicated to helping purpose-driven organizations thrive. To date, Laridae has worked with over 200 clients. As the first CEO, I led Laridae’s journey from a startup to a prominent firm in its field, and it is now a certified B Corp. Previously, I was part of the senior team at a large regional hospital. Additionally, I serve as a Special Graduate Faculty member in Trent University’s M.A. Sustainability Studies Graduate Program and am a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors, holding a Chartered Director (C.Dir.) designation with over 15 years of board experience.
