We are a full-stack team comprising 9 developers and 2 UI/UX designers, with support from a Tech Lead and a Project Manager. Our mission is to assist sports organizations in enhancing their structure and achieving greater efficiency and revenue through solutions in Player Management, Live Scoring, and E-Commerce. Our next area of expertise will focus on the commercial sector, specifically B2B E-Commerce portals and Warehouse/Inventory Management Systems. If you choose to work with us, our process will unfold as follows: 1. **Initial Call** - We will discuss problems and challenges to outline the project scope. 2. **System Architecture and Wireframes** - We will finalize the database plan and design wireframes, collaborating closely until we reach an agreement. 3. **Development** - Our team will construct the back-end and front-end while simultaneously testing the system to ensure it is free of bugs. 4. **Testing** - Conducting final User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with both our team and your team. 5. **Deployment** - We will complete the project and launch it on the predetermined server and hosting provider. 6. **Documentation** - We will provide comprehensive documentation, including user instructions in both written and video formats. 7. **1-Month Warranty** - We will monitor the system for one month to ensure everything functions smoothly and address any potential issues. 8. **SLA Agreement** - If required, we will be available for long-term maintenance and upgrades. Additionally, we are certified under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2022, and ISO 20000-1:2018, and we prioritize ensuring that all our projects comply with GDPR regulations (as well as FHIR compliance for the health industry).
