CPQ - Quote to Cash Optimization

Lytx

Lytx® is a top provider of video telematics, analytics, safety, and productivity solutions for commercial and public sector fleets. Their leading Driver Safety Program, powered by the advanced DriveCam® Event Recorder, is effective in saving lives and minimizing risks. **The Challenge** Lytx was using a manual quoting system and aimed to simplify, standardize, and automate this process. The old order management method was heavily manual and relied on data from various systems. Furthermore, the sales team was still on Salesforce Classic and needed to transition to the Lightning platform. **The Solution** Lytx's sales and executive teams collaborated with Cirrius Solutions to implement Salesforce Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ). This implementation introduced a more standardized and automated quoting process for the sales team via new opportunity page layouts featuring dynamic components. CPQ - Quoting Optimzation

Lexipol

Lexipol was established in 2003 by attorneys Gordon Graham and Bruce Praet, both of whom have backgrounds in law enforcement and significant expertise in risk management. They recognized that numerous law enforcement agencies were lacking effective, legally sound policies. The Challenge Lexipol faced involved transitioning from a manual quoting method to a more standardized approach. The existing quoting process had limitations in functionality, pricing consistency, discount visibility, and opportunity tracking. The absence of a unified system was hindering the company’s capacity to maintain a consistent model throughout the organization. The Solution To address this, a customized quote system was implemented that automated the entire subscription sales workflow, from creating product subscription packages to pricing, approvals, and renewals. The finalized quote was then integrated with billing and accounting systems to automatically produce an invoice. The Result As a result, Lexipol is now fully optimized with Salesforce CPQ.
