Her journey spans roles from visual design to leadership positions and founding a social venture focused on empowering women in Mexico through ATOYAK. With experience at industry giants like Google, PayPal, and eBay, she notably led UX initiatives for Google Assistant’s core and health verticals. Complementing Jac's design leadership, Jairo contributes deep user research expertise from roles at Stanford, Amazon Lab126, and Meta, applying mixed methodologies across fintech, e-commerce, and social media sectors.
