Since 1995, the company "Cipher" has operated in the areas of information security and banking technology. Its primary focus is on safeguarding the information systems of organizations and banking infrastructures, along with providing and supporting remote banking services. The main activities include: 1. Designing cryptographic information protection systems from the "Cipher" series; 2. Creating cloud technologies for establishing and verifying e-signatures, as well as for data encryption and decryption; 3. Developing Internet banking and Web banking systems (ELPay).
