Brand Story & Visual Identity: The Avenue & 3rd Street Market Hall

Unknown

CID crafted captivating messaging and striking visual branding for The Avenue, a newly envisioned space that will include offices, retail shops, apartments, and a diverse food hall named 3rd Street Market Hall. The journey started by delving into the brand’s narrative. Key themes of energy, vibrancy, movement, and community emerged, leading to the idea of "the kitchen" as the brand’s central metaphor—a space for gathering, sharing ideas, preparing food, and enjoying each other's company. The team envisioned The Avenue and 3rd Street Market Hall as the "kitchen" of downtown Milwaukee: a vibrant and inviting setting where people come together over food, ideas, and lifestyle. For the visual identity, the design team opted for inspirations drawn from transportation and 20th-century design styles that showcased bold geometric shapes. The local history surrounding the development's neighborhood also added depth to the work. This visual identity was unveiled at a brand launch event attended by city leaders and influencers.

Integrated Marketing Program: LandscapeHub

Unknown

LandscapeHub is a membership-based e-commerce platform that links buyers in the landscape industry with wholesale suppliers and growers, enabling them to explore, purchase, and manage all their materials from a single online site. CID joined forces with LandscapeHub to enhance visibility among both buyers and suppliers, stimulate registrations from buyer groups, and increase the number of quality suppliers on the platform. We developed a comprehensive multi-channel marketing program, anchored by a detailed content strategy aimed at producing consistent and optimized blog posts. By utilizing email marketing, social media advertising (specifically on LinkedIn and Facebook), pay-per-click ads (on Google and Bing), and Direct Mail, we successfully directed users to a designated landing page. The outcomes were impressive: "Great work last week, CID! It was our highest week for new user registrations EVER!" - LandscapeHub CTO

Website Redesign: Vollrath Foodservice

Unknown

Vollrath Foodservice is a leading manufacturer of commercial kitchen equipment recognized worldwide. As they embarked on a significant new chapter, they sought a website redesign that could align with their expansion, support their objectives, and cater to the varied needs of the diverse users accessing the site for different purposes. The outcome is an engaging new website built on Kentico MVC, seamlessly integrated with other essential tools in Vollrath's Martech ecosystem, including Salsify, which serves as a centralized source for managing hundreds of thousands of SKUs.
