An educational platform with a subscription model

ReStudy

The founders of ReStudy reached out to us with a vision for an educational platform that would utilize a subscription-based content delivery model. A key requirement was to ensure that users could conveniently access courses via their mobile devices. Additionally, the platform needed to include flexible management options for sections like testimonials, services, and a news feed. To tackle this, a team of six specialists developed and deployed two distinct React-based services: one focused on the user interface and the other on the administrative dashboard. Both services were integrated using a Node.js server architecture, promoting efficient performance and scalability. To enhance SEO performance, we incorporated server-side rendering (SSR) for the user platform, optimizing it for search engines while ensuring rapid loading speeds for users. Based on the design provided by the client for the educational platform, we customized the administrative panel to address the specific needs of course management and user engagement. Within three months from our initial consultation, the platform was operational, featuring over 65 courses and more than 3,000 registered users. It now enables users to: - Manage both user and administrator accounts. - Handle course content, including the addition of video lessons and homework files. - Customize administrative permissions for speakers, allowing them to create courses, respond to user queries, publish news updates, manage earnings, list services with associated pricing, and accept service requests. - Assign moderators to courses, empowering them to edit content and respond to student inquiries. Furthermore, we integrated multiple payment gateways and established a referral link system alongside payment tracking features to streamline revenue management. This solution has equipped the client with a flexible, scalable platform that benefits both course creators and users, fueling the platform's growth while maintaining excellent SEO performance.

Web application with the integration of medical sy

Zabota

Main Request: At the time of the request, the company had a proprietary desktop application. Our task was to create a web interface that integrated with the medical information system, included three types of client mailings, and allowed for viewing individual patient responses. Problem Solving: Using the design of the client's existing desktop application as a foundation, we developed a custom administrative system. This involved implementing integrations in three key areas: the client's primary database (for data aggregation), users' medical systems (for data collection), and an external messaging service (for centralized communication). Through the development of a complex microservice architecture, we achieved effective outcomes both for users (in terms of functionality and data accuracy) and for the client (regarding system reliability, message delivery stability, and potential for machine dependability). Result: Our collaboration with the client has continued for two years. Currently, there are over 70 corporate clients in the database, and the application sends more than 50,000 messages daily.

Talent Culture

**Primary Objective** The client's primary aim was to establish a comprehensive personnel workflow encompassing recruitment, onboarding, and work process management. To achieve this, we needed to create a multifunctional application capable of: - Evaluating employee engagement - Analyzing job satisfaction regarding working conditions - Organizing the collected data for informed decision-making - Monitoring the performance of individual employees and the team as a whole to identify trends. We were tasked with building a user data analysis feature from the ground up and setting up the necessary processes. Given that the client operates in a highly competitive sector, we sought to implement innovative yet effective strategies to capture the target audience's interest. **Solution Development** We managed the project entirely, from designing layouts and implementing business logic to deploying the software system. To enhance the quality of user data analysis, we chose to integrate the project with IBM, which improved the accuracy of research outcomes and ensured application stability. The company introduced an innovative solution by incorporating IBM's services to streamline the hiring process. The system now features Debra, a chatbot that evaluates interactions with candidates and their resumes, enabling it to discern personality traits and emotional states of applicants. This allows employers to determine if candidates meet their criteria, with the option to use standard settings or personalize them in collaboration with psychologists. This approach enhances the hiring quality and boosts satisfaction for both employers and candidates. **Outcome** The client now offers a service with over 500,000 users, with numbers increasing daily. The application effectively manages this volume of content. The integration of IBM services with our in-house development has resulted in an application that is both flexible and easily scalable.
