Domain Insight

**Overview** Domain Insight provides property data and analytics services to enterprise clients throughout Australia. We were tasked with updating the website to feature improved navigation, a more user-friendly layout, and a visual design that aligns better with their property intelligence offerings. **Design and Build** Following Domain Group's brand guidelines, we created a modular component set using WordPress, which includes card systems, content modules, data visualization designs, and responsive layouts. All screens were crafted in Figma with a reusable component library, allowing the Domain team to manage edits independently of developers. **Key Features** The homepage features an interactive data module that links directly to Domain's property dataset. A custom content feed aggregates research and reporting from their internal API, keeping the site up-to-date without requiring manual input from editors. **Integrations** The site integrates with HubSpot, Braze, and Google Analytics, turning it into a measurable channel for acquisition and engagement for the enterprise team. **Ongoing Support** We continue to provide support for the Domain Insight platform and other B2B sites within the Domain Group. **Client Feedback** "Checkpoint Creative has been instrumental in several Domain Group projects. Pricefinder | Website Rebuild for B2B Platform

**Overview** Pricefinder stands out as one of Domain Group's most frequented B2B platforms. Checkpoint Creative undertook a comprehensive rebuild of the marketing website to create a contemporary, secure experience that enhances clarity, performance, and adaptability for sales and product development. **Project Brief** The original website had become obsolete, challenging to update, and inadequate for contemporary marketing processes. The objective was to rebuild it using a new user interface provided by Domain's in-house design team while enhancing performance, upgrading tracking capabilities, and ensuring full integration with Domain's CRM and marketing tools. **Design and Build** We reconstructed the entire site using Bricks, resulting in a quicker and more efficient editing experience compared to the previous Elementor setup. Collaborating closely with Domain's design team, we transformed their Figma UI into fully reconstructed templates across 11 pages, refining navigation, layout, and content hierarchy to lead users toward key conversion targets. **Integrations** We linked lead workflows to HubSpot, Salesforce, and Braze, employing custom form handlers, secure user ID encoding, and tailored data mapping to ensure reliability throughout the system. Advanced GA4 tracking captures significant user behavior, aiding in ongoing optimization. **Security** A maintenance-first strategy was implemented, focusing on reduced plugin dependencies, enhanced software patching, and reCAPTCHA protection. **Ongoing Support** Checkpoint Creative maintains a collaborative relationship with Domain's internal teams for Pricefinder and other B2B properties, aligning Domain's strategic vision with our technical execution and support.

**Overview** Ask For Health is a project designed to assist young individuals in understanding health issues and navigating the healthcare system. Checkpoint Creative developed a user-friendly, accessibility-focused website that allows for easy exploration of information, complemented by ongoing hosting, maintenance, and long-term technical support. **Project Brief** The objective was to design a complete user interface, create an intuitive user experience based on actual feedback from youth, and develop a flexible WordPress platform that could accommodate new content as it became available. A robust editing experience and an efficient search and filtering system were crucial requirements. **Design and Build** Utilizing insights from youth advisory meetings, we established a user experience framework that caters to different reading abilities, streamlines information discovery, and minimizes cognitive load. We created a structured WordPress framework with tailored templates, enabling the team to publish and update health topics independently of developers. **Search and Accessibility** To allow users to quickly locate relevant topics, we implemented a dynamic resource library powered by Algolia search and multi-factor filtering. Each component and layout was designed to comply with WCAG standards, including text-to-speech capabilities and UserWay integration for enhanced accessibility features. **Ongoing Support** We continue to provide hosting, maintenance, and support to ensure the platform remains stable and secure.
