Full Range Rehab tasked Centogram with developing a HIPAA-compliant digital inventory and barcoding system for their medical devices. They provide a durable medical equipment product called EZ Stretch, which is a knee rehabilitation device that requires cleaning, disinfection, inspection, testing, and repairs between uses. The client needed a straightforward and organized way to manage and share all product and patient information with field technicians. In response, Centogram created an app for both iOS and Android that tracks location history, patient assignments, and all maintenance, repairs, and modifications made to the medical equipment. The system features an admin management portal and a checklist of best practices for technicians to use in the field. It also captures patient signatures to authorize the delivery and retrieval of the devices.

"Finding a specific batch often involved physically walking around the plant to visually check its location and available quantity." The client was using boards and cards and sought a way to digitally visualize workflows and quickly access reports on aging inventory or identify storage locations. **The Solution**: We developed a native iOS app that builds on the existing Kanban-style boards and cards system. This app offers a visual representation of the batches organized into columns, each representing a specific production line. As the batches progress through various stages, they move from one column to another—for example, from reconditioning to cleaning and back. Each status update allows the system to track inventory weight and location, with quantity indicators at the top providing immediate visual feedback on the total inventory.
