Celvi Healthcare is a health-tech company based in Portugal, established by a physician who advocates for technology to enhance, rather than replace, the human aspects of care. We create, manage, and expand telemedicine solutions that connect patients, healthcare providers, and medical institutions. Our journey began within the Portuguese National Health Service, where we support various Regional Health Units (ULS) through extensive telemedicine initiatives. Having conducted over 5,000 consultations and built a network of more than 50 doctors, we've refined our processes, gained operational knowledge, and developed a profound understanding of actual clinical needs in digital settings. Leveraging this foundation, we are currently developing Clínica Online—an advanced platform that links patients with trusted doctors quickly, intuitively, and securely. This platform facilitates both on-demand and scheduled consultations, digital prescriptions, follow-up care, and smooth communication. It is tailored for contemporary users, including Portuguese individuals with limited access to family doctors, as well as expatriates, international residents, and travelers seeking reliable medical assistance in English. Our ambitious yet pragmatic goal is to establish a scalable digital ecosystem where healthcare professionals can operate independently, and patients receive timely, high-quality care. We integrate clinical knowledge with product innovation, data-driven strategies, and a strong focus on user experience.
