Inpro/Seal ecommerce promotion
After launching their new eCommerce platform, Inpro/Seal aimed to increase registrations by educating users about its advantages. Transitioning from a traditional B2B sales model to an online platform presented challenges, but their dedicated and motivated transition team was ready to tackle them. d.trio was enlisted to support Inpro/Seal in encouraging customers to sign up for the Marketplace and in raising awareness of their brand through platform promotion. The initial audience characteristics provided by the client served as our starting point. Using AI tools, we gained insights into their demographics, behaviors, and work-related values, discovering that reliability was a key factor for customers when selecting a vendor for bearing protection solutions.
In Phase 1 of our creative strategy, we crafted content that strengthened brand connections, emphasized shared goals, and introduced the eCommerce platform based on our initial findings. Our communication focused on creating an emotional bond with the brand by using relatable language that addressed the frustrations of malfunctioning machinery and the urgency of repairs. Additionally, we highlighted the unique features of the new eCommerce system. Visual elements featured recognizable people, settings, and equipment relevant to the audience.
As we progressed, some of our initial insights were confirmed through site tagging data and a tailored contextual study, while others required minor adjustments. As a result, we refined the second wave of digital prospecting ads by framing the product as a way to enhance the buyer's reputation—an important personal value. This messaging resonated with both customers and prospects, leading to a significant increase in registrations and keeping our client’s team busy with setting up new customer accounts.
