Founded by childhood friends Darpan and Jignesh in India, Canopas began as a passion project rooted in their fascination with technology’s rapid growth during the 90s. Starting in college with Android development and custom ROMs, they launched their first product—a lightweight file manager addressing storage concerns. Over time, they expanded to iOS and backend development, serving clients globally. THE ISSUE Togness - A client sought to rescue their concept. They originally brought on a team, and things progressed well initially. However, when challenges arose, the team claimed they lacked the development expertise to fulfill the app's original requirements. At that point, we stepped in. We began by addressing a few issues to showcase our skills. Once the client was pleased with our work, the entire project was entrusted to us. The client aimed to create apps for both Android and iOS platforms. THE SOLUTION We tackled the complex problem that the previous team couldn't resolve. As Android development progressed significantly, we initiated work on the iOS version. Our team also provided assistance to the client with REST API, an admin panel, and DevOps services. Notable features of the app include the ability to use a photo gallery for media file uploads, merge images and videos, incorporate quotes, add music, combine audio from video and music, apply filters and transition effects, export in various aspect ratios, and customize the duration of photo slides, among others.

Justly - Build Healthy Habits

Recognizing that habits are fundamental to any personal transformation, the startup drew inspiration from the book "Atomic Habits" to create a product that emphasizes progress over mere goals and inherent talents. Tari Labs

The Tari wallet is a prototype mobile wallet application for the forthcoming Tari digital currency. They sought a Kotlin developer to help execute intricate designs and engaging app interactions. Experience with micro-interactions and animations was a crucial requirement for the role. We commenced collaboration with the Tari team following the guidelines provided by their leading designers, known for creating some of the top apps globally. Our contributions included implementing an impressive home screen animation, developing an emoji ID animation, and establishing the entire workflow for creating an emoji ID. Additionally, I assisted them in setting up device-based authentication for the app.
