Turnkey PCB Assembly for Telraam
Telraam approached us for complete PCB assembly for their traffic counting solution, and we successfully provided it through our all-inclusive manufacturing service. Our team was responsible for the construction and testing of the circuit boards crucial for the Telraam sensors. During our collaboration, we delivered over 2,500 devices, each assembled and ready for installation to gather essential traffic data. The latest addition to their lineup, the Telraam S2 device, is equipped with a low-resolution camera, an AI chip for recognizing and classifying street users, and a built-in mobile data connection. These devices generate anonymized aggregate data by traffic mode and direction with a 15-minute resolution. The collected data is shared with local authorities and policymakers as open information, aiding better traffic management and urban planning. By supplying more than 2,500 ready-to-use devices, we have contributed to establishing a strong network of traffic sensors now functioning in numerous locations around the globe, including San Francisco, Berlin, Utrecht, Leuven, Brussels, Antwerp, Dublin, Lille, Helsinki, and more. These sensors have recorded millions of hours of traffic counts, providing valuable insights into local traffic trends.
