We created a new fintech brand called Ausome, featuring a modern mobile app designed to make saving in real gold simple and enjoyable. Our goal was to disrupt the traditional gold industry by introducing an easy-to-use and engaging mobile application that appeals to young users, allowing them to save in gold with minimal effort. By leveraging 20 years of our client's experience in the market alongside our own business innovation framework, we quickly refined our product vision, unique selling proposition, business model, market entry plan, and user acquisition strategy to transform our idea into a viable and profitable business. We've established a completely new brand and product that embodies our innovative vision while fostering trust with users. VIVIDOO: Making science fun with AR-powered books

We assisted in creating a new educational platform powered by augmented reality for children and their parents, making science learning significantly more engaging. Vividbooks is a prominent EdTech startup specializing in interactive textbooks utilizing augmented reality, initially intended solely for schools and educators. However, they decided to make playful learning accessible to parents and children, leading to the development of a new product called Vividoo following our collaboration. Traditional educational textbooks for children often lack engagement, and explaining complex topics can be time-consuming for parents. This prompted us to ask, “What if there was an augmented reality solution that both entertains and educates kids?” Throughout the development of this new product, we employed the Business Design Thinking methodology to ensure a comprehensive approach to its design. In a series of workshops with the Vividbooks team, we created a business blueprint for the product, established expectations and challenges, identified the target audience, and formulated a value proposition which we validated both quantitatively and qualitatively through online surveys and face-to-face interviews with potential customers. We also analyzed competitors, experimented with various revenue models, explored customer acquisition strategies, and determined the content delivery methods. Subsequently, we prototyped and tested several product configurations, ultimately selecting the one that received the most favorable feedback from potential users. Elder people go cashless

We assisted the senior clients of ČSOB, one of the largest banks in the Czech Republic, in simplifying their lives by encouraging regular use of their bank cards. Older individuals, whose peak working years were 20-30 years ago, have a different perspective on money and modern payment methods compared to millennials and Gen-Z. Many seniors feel hesitant or cautious about embracing new technologies due to their lack of familiarity. ČSOB Bank aimed to address this issue by helping their older clients adopt regular card payment usage, not only to make their lives easier but also to demonstrate that modern banking is accessible to all ages. The bank experimented with various strategies and campaigns, but none yielded significant results, prompting them to seek our assistance in solving this challenge. Our primary objective was to influence senior behavior and establish card payments as a habit in their daily routines, which proved challenging due to the lack of relevant examples for this demographic. We conducted a survey to gain insight into the extent of the issue, and once we analyzed the results, we began developing a strategic plan and value propositions tailored to our target audience. Through a series of creative workshops and design sessions with the client, we crafted a strategy to engage older clients and encourage them to use card payments instead of cash.
