Leading the Field: How Bronte Elevated BAPS

BA Pumps and Sprayers

BAPumps and Sprayers is a top supplier of agricultural equipment, focusing on linkage sprayers, horticultural and viticultural sprayers, custom builds, and deck-mounted sprayers. Their main objective was to revamp their website to highlight their wide range of products and attract leads from both Australia and New Zealand. They required assistance in modernizing their site, implementing dual-country functionality, and managing custom integrations. Here’s how we approached the challenge: **Research & Planning**: We undertook thorough research to gain insights into the industry and the client's requirements: - **Competitor Analysis**: We examined competitors' websites to pinpoint common themes and industry benchmarks. - **Customer Feedback**: We gathered input from BAPS's customers to understand their expectations and usage behaviors. - **Cross-Country Research**: We explored trends in both the Australian and New Zealand markets to uncover gaps and opportunities. From this research, we developed a detailed plan that directed the entire process. We designed a custom setup that did not rely on WPML or WordPress Multisite. Instead, we established a single backend that enabled staff to manage global content while distinguishing country-specific content using ACF (Advanced Custom Fields). This setup utilized environment variables to differentiate between Australian and New Zealand data. **The Results**

Redefining Retirement Living with a Digital Transf

The Botanic

The Botanic aims to provide retirees with a fulfilling and joyful lifestyle through living spaces that integrate nature. Their core values—excellence, energy, empathy, and engagement—reflect their dedication to delivering top-notch retirement living experiences. Initially, The Botanic required hosting services, but a thorough UX review identified significant improvement opportunities. Key challenges included enhancing usability for elderly users with limited technological knowledge: the original website was hard to navigate for retirees without tech skills, necessitating a more user-friendly and accessible design. Additionally, the website's message needed alignment with The Botanic’s brand: its content felt overly formal and lacked the emotional warmth and clarity that represented The Botanic’s community-oriented focus. Moreover, the digital environment needed to seem inviting and modern, as inconsistent visuals and irrelevant images did not convey the vibrant lifestyle The Botanic promotes, highlighting the need for a redesign that balanced style and simplicity. How did we identify these areas for improvement? Bronte has been developing WordPress websites for 15 years, and we utilized our extensive knowledge in our Website Health Check for The Botanic. Coupled with our vast experience, determining the necessary direction was straightforward. We emphasized a user-centric design, proposing solutions like: an intuitive and accessible design, engaging content that aligns with the brand, and modern features for an enhanced user experience.
