BAPumps and Sprayers is a top supplier of agricultural equipment, focusing on linkage sprayers, horticultural and viticultural sprayers, custom builds, and deck-mounted sprayers. Their main objective was to revamp their website to highlight their wide range of products and attract leads from both Australia and New Zealand. They required assistance in modernizing their site, implementing dual-country functionality, and managing custom integrations. Here’s how we approached the challenge: **Research & Planning**: We undertook thorough research to gain insights into the industry and the client's requirements: - **Competitor Analysis**: We examined competitors' websites to pinpoint common themes and industry benchmarks. - **Customer Feedback**: We gathered input from BAPS's customers to understand their expectations and usage behaviors. - **Cross-Country Research**: We explored trends in both the Australian and New Zealand markets to uncover gaps and opportunities. From this research, we developed a detailed plan that directed the entire process. We designed a custom setup that did not rely on WPML or WordPress Multisite. Instead, we established a single backend that enabled staff to manage global content while distinguishing country-specific content using ACF (Advanced Custom Fields).
