Peako Bank

Unknown

**Challenges**: The merger of banks led to the creation of new data sources along with new reporting and internal reporting requirements. There was an absence of a unified corporate data source, and the existing Data Warehouse was outdated and unable to scale up in a timely manner, leading to tight deadlines. Reporting was labor-intensive due to reliance on several outdated technologies. **Solution**: Develop a comprehensive Data Integration Layer and a Data Warehouse using the Inmon model and agile methodology to satisfy all reporting and analysis needs. Create Data Marts and reporting sources tailored to the requirements of the bank's departments. Implement a modern BI tool that includes an overview of competitive BI solutions, recommendations, purchasing assistance, setup support, report migration, training, and ongoing support for any operational issues. **Result**: Establishment of a single source of truth for all corporate data, enabling regulatory reporting due to the merger. Efficient, rapid, and user-friendly reporting through Power BI. Significant cost reductions achieved by optimizing data flow and reporting processes, alongside simplified integration with a data-driven system.

A new immovable property management platform

**Challenges**: Developing a platform for managing real estate within the company’s portfolio and investigating the market potential for commercializing the solution posed several challenges for Britenet. A significant hurdle was conducting interviews with potential clients and designing the application interface. **Solution**: The interface was crafted through comprehensive customer interviews and the integration of Design Thinking principles. Following this, a two-day Scoping Session with the client helped clarify and finalize the product scope. The application design was then created with the client’s involvement. Through consistent communication and proactive feedback, the project was successfully executed. The Britenet UX team demonstrated that it was possible to research user needs, involve client stakeholders, create a functional design, and code parts of the application front end in just three weeks. **Result**: The Hanesco real estate company received the application design, research insights, and market validation indicating the platform's commercial viability. The project is now prepared for technological implementation.
