**Challenges**: Developing a platform for managing real estate within the company’s portfolio and investigating the market potential for commercializing the solution posed several challenges for Britenet. A significant hurdle was conducting interviews with potential clients and designing the application interface. **Solution**: The interface was crafted through comprehensive customer interviews and the integration of Design Thinking principles. Following this, a two-day Scoping Session with the client helped clarify and finalize the product scope. The application design was then created with the client’s involvement. Through consistent communication and proactive feedback, the project was successfully executed. The Britenet UX team demonstrated that it was possible to research user needs, involve client stakeholders, create a functional design, and code parts of the application front end in just three weeks. **Result**: The Hanesco real estate company received the application design, research insights, and market validation indicating the platform's commercial viability. The project is now prepared for technological implementation.
