Stratasys (NASDAQ: SSYS), a leading provider of 3D printing systems, materials, software, and licenses, services various sectors including healthcare, retail, aerospace, dental, and automotive. The company utilized Salesforce’s Customer Portal, hosted on Experience Cloud, to give clients access to its products and offer online support. Working alongside the Stratasys team, our specialists implemented the following modifications: - Revamped the checkout page to enable quicker form-filling based on the selected product category. - Established a new guest store model following B2B commerce guidelines to provide pertinent information tailored to various guest users. - Activated a dynamic analytics feature to present data on printer and material usage during a specified timeframe. - Implemented site translation and mapping to offer content in eight different languages. - Created custom components that recognize the user's location and present region-specific information based on the data received.
