Siemens IT-Preactor – Telemarketing Campaign

Telemarketing: Learn how we assisted Siemens in securing qualified meetings for their MOM solution aimed at the manufacturing sector in Finland. Challenge: We have collaborated with Siemens for over a decade, conducting various telemarketing campaigns to generate leads. For this specific project, our task was to implement a telemarketing campaign and generate leads in Finland's manufacturing industry. The solution we promoted was their MOM product, Simatic IT Preactor, which is production planning and scheduling software designed to enhance the synchronization of manufacturing processes. Since their Account Managers primarily focus on enterprise accounts, our mission was to raise awareness in the mid-sized market segment within Finland. Objectives: Our main objective was to facilitate Siemens in scheduling 18 high-quality meetings (ultimately, we scheduled 25!) for their MOM Account Managers to engage with the Finnish market. In addition to raising awareness about the solution, we aimed to foster long-term interest and develop lead nurturing workflows through email. Evaluation: By implementing a conventional telemarketing campaign with a proven strategy, working alongside an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR), and maintaining close collaboration and regular check-ins with the client, we exceeded our goals by 40%, delivering excellent results for Siemens. Throughout the project, we continuously enhanced and refined our strategies to improve the quality of our calls and the leads generated. We set out to book 18 meetings and successfully arranged 25. The conversion rate from discussions with decision-makers to scheduled meetings was 23%, compared to the industry standard for cold prospecting, which typically ranges from 8% to 16%.
