Brand & Marketing Overhaul
Domain Construction Services, Inc.
Challenge: Domain Construction, a prominent player in Austin's residential construction sector, has established a strong reputation for custom remodels, new constructions, and ADUs. As the company aims to expand, it requires a significant update to its brand identity. There is a need for a unified brand narrative that highlights Domain's offerings, its woman CEO, and its unique positioning. Additionally, without an internal marketing team, Domain Construction found it challenging to effectively convey its distinct value and generate leads, having a minimal online and social media presence.
Solution: A comprehensive rebranding and the establishment of an in-house marketing team were initiated. The new branding highlighted Terri Lasater, the CEO of Domain, infusing an Austin vibe and storytelling approach into the narrative. A complete overhaul of social and online channels was also undertaken, creating branded content that allows potential leads to discover more about Domain's exceptional offerings. By utilizing referrals, training employees to promote branded social media posts, enhancing SEO, and establishing a presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the NextDoor App, Domain has developed a network of touchpoints for lead generation through social media and online searches, along with referrals. With just one ad costing $155, Domain secured $40,000 in projects within 24 hours. Additionally, they received five referrals through form submissions in a single week, totaling $142,000 in projects acquired, compared to only five online inquiries over the previous year with their former website.
