The Indianapolis Zoo is facing growing competition as more attractions and community-organized summer activities expand. To maintain visibility, the zoo introduced two new exhibits: Sloths at MISTery Park and Size, Speed & Venom: Extreme Snakes. To optimize the budget and enhance the campaign's effectiveness, we developed a unified strategy to promote these two unrelated species. Many people are fans of snakes, many love sloths, and some enjoy both, but no one is equally passionate about both. The "Join Your Team" campaign embraced this idea, allowing visitors to express their preference by choosing Team Snake or Team Sloth. This initiative has sparked significant engagement on social media and continues to attract visitors to the Zoo to experience the new exhibits.

Indianapolis Indians

Our campaign targeted three specific audiences—young families, young professionals, and baseball enthusiasts—with messages that highlighted the rising stars on the field while also emphasizing how their visits to Victory Field contribute to their own memorable summer experiences. The outcomes have been remarkable; since our collaboration began, the Indians have achieved record attendance and have led Minor League Baseball (MiLB) in crowds for two consecutive years.

AskRose is a complimentary tutoring service for math and science aimed at students in grades 6-12, operated by the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Our objective was to enhance the number of tutoring sessions through various channels such as email, chat, and phone. To connect with a new demographic—student athletes—we developed The AskRose Playbook. This resource enabled us to engage with key influencers, such as coaches and athletic directors, via the athletic department. We also collaborated with AskRose to design, evaluate, and refine a paid search campaign. By analyzing the online search behaviors of parents and students seeking homework assistance, including the specific terms they use, we were able to generate results that highlighted AskRose’s tutoring services.
