Revamping the social media presence of a global healthcare leader. Pfizer sought Born & Bred as a creative ally to broaden the potential of their brand’s content and communication style on social media. They needed a team to utilize their communication insights to produce engaging, attention-grabbing materials for their own social channels and to share with influencers to counter online misinformation. Our collaboration with Pfizer focused on striking a balance between being a respected pharmaceutical authority and an impactful online communicator. What started as an initiative to address vaccine misinformation expanded to embrace celebrations of science, recognition of pioneering individuals and teams, historical nods, timely reactions to current events, and more. We conducted internal research and developed enduring content series delivered on a regular schedule. Weekly, we provided timely, relevant, well-designed, and compelling materials. Ultimately, we guided this major organization, encouraging Pfizer and its network of partners to take informed creative risks and to produce engaging content they had previously not considered.

Checkmate

One of the main challenges faced by online shoppers is paying more than necessary. This is where Checkmate steps in to help. When Checkmate is utilized, shoppers can save money effortlessly. It's a personalized tool designed to enhance the online shopping experience by finding the best discount codes from your email and various other sources. To capture this innovative and contemporary experience, Born & Bred created a brand identity, assets, and website design for Checkmate. The custom wordmark features strong geometric shapes that convey a sense of reliability. The curves in the letter "k" echo the curves of the Checkmate symbol, creating a unified design. This design approach is reflected in the extensive illustrations and animations crafted for the Checkmate web experience.

Campaigns • Packaging • Messaging & Copy • Brand Identity When the inside of a pineapple is pink, how do you spark interest in the packaging on the outside? Del Monte approached Born & Bred with an unusual product: a pink pineapple. They needed a brand that could transform Pinkglow from merely a product into a full-fledged experience. We chose to emphasize the pineapple's uniqueness by crafting a backstory that highlighted its connection to exotic royalty. Like a fairy godmother, we waved our wand and created a pink pineapple worthy of a prince. It was essential to give Pinkglow an air of mystery from a tropical paradise, so everything about the brand received a regal touch: deep, rich colors, a custom coat of arms, patterns inspired by elegant tea party wallpaper, and even crowning the pineapple with, you guessed it, a regal crown. Pinkglow turned out to be a hit, appearing on programs like Jimmy Kimmel, Martha Stewart, The Food Network, The Today Show, and across various influencer platforms.
