Graphic Design for ECAS in 2023

European Citizen Action Service (ECAS)

In 2023, we were asked to create various design assets for the European Citizen Action Service (ECAS), a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering citizens in building a more inclusive and robust European Union. The deliverables included advertisement banners for paid PPC campaigns, a new organizational business card, and an event flyer for the State of the Union Citizens’ Rights 2023 Conference. We collaborated closely with ECAS to ensure that all design elements aligned with their specific requirements and objectives. Additionally, we offered advice on how to effectively utilize these assets to achieve their intended outcomes. The design materials were well-received by both the organization and its members. The ad banners successfully drove traffic and conversions for multiple promotional initiatives. The new business card garnered positive feedback from ECAS's partners and stakeholders, while the event flyer effectively promoted the State of the Union Citizens' Rights 2023 Conference, contributing to its success.

European Citizen Action Service (ECAS)

The European Citizen Action Service (ECAS) is a non-profit organization based in Brussels with a diverse European membership and over 30 years of experience. Its mission is to empower citizens to foster a more inclusive and robust European Union by promoting and defending citizens' rights, as well as enhancing mechanisms for increased democratic participation and engagement among citizens and citizen organizations within the EU. In 2020, ECAS reached out to us to design a logo for its 30th anniversary, to help boost website traffic back to its 2017 levels, enhance its newsletter, optimize communication processes, and develop a comprehensive communication strategy. We exceeded expectations by significantly increasing their followers and traffic across all channels, and we strengthened the communication department's capabilities, ensuring its stability and success over the past three years. Our personalized communication consulting included monthly alignment meetings. We also established and optimized their Google Ad Grants account, which provided $10,000 per month in free search advertising, generating substantial additional traffic. Additionally, we continuously supported their campaigns through the setup and management of Google and social media advertising, as well as on-demand professional graphic design assistance. Furthermore, we coordinated the complete overhaul of the ecas.org website in 2022, from the initial planning stages to its launch, successfully streamlining the operations of the communication department.
