Stad Halle

The City of Halle enlisted Bold & Pepper to promote their strengths as an employer. Together, we developed an employer branding campaign that presents their Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to the public. This approach allows the residents of Halle to understand the benefits of working for their own city. Challenge: Like many organizations, the City of Halle faces difficulties in filling challenging vacancies. With the proximity of Brussels and Colruyt, there is significant competition for talent. However, the city has unique advantages that are hard to find elsewhere. Halle aimed to convey these benefits in a new and engaging way, both within the organization and to the public. Solution: We analyzed the employee experience, rewrote job descriptions and website content to align with the organization's voice, launched a new staff hashtag #Hallegeeftgoesting, created an employer branding handbook, developed catchy slogans for promotional items and their EVP, and designed posters displayed throughout the city. Result: The campaign gained national attention due to the impactful images.
