It stands out as a modern, efficient, and budget-friendly cloud-based EHR solution. This software effectively converts the demanding daily tasks of optometrists into a streamlined digital process, providing full automation for patient management in clinics of all sizes. iTrust is a unique offering that connects healthcare providers with innovative technology to enhance the patient's experience. Since its initial launch with version 1.0, it has become a preferred choice among customers. Our challenge has been to identify areas for improvement and adapt the product to better meet customer needs. We aim to bridge the gap between what customers expect and the features offered. In response to feedback, version 2.0 introduced a support system for doctors to address their inquiries. However, the app experienced slow performance as larger organizations input their data, making it difficult for doctors to generate or download reports. About uCV uCV sets a new benchmark for digital CVs. It guides users in creating their own CVs, allows for PDF downloads, and offers easy sharing through links. There are two main user types: job providers and job seekers. Job providers can post job openings, while job seekers can search for jobs using keywords. We plan to implement this feature soon as part of our business model. The Challenge The job search process starts with a CV or resume, but many of them are outdated and often manipulated by intermediaries. Both job seekers and employers prefer straightforward methods to connect. This is particularly important for unemployed individuals who want to attract potential employers without falling prey to unscrupulous job agencies (although some are reputable). Job seekers don't want their meticulously prepared CVs collecting dust or having to resend them to numerous databases every time they make updates—a process that contributes to outdated databases for companies and recruitment agencies. What’s needed is a continuously updated database that keeps track of all potential candidates from a company's viewpoint. The issue is that CV databases quickly become out-of-date, typically within a month, regardless of their scale. There's no need to waste time reaching out to previously gathered candidates to check their availability.
