Word Tonic is a paid community and online learning platform aimed at GEN-Z writers. Our goal was straightforward: to expand our community. Initially, we launched several advertisements to promote the community and its benefits, but we found that our cost per acquisition (CPA) was barely breaking even, necessitating a change in strategy. We then shifted our focus to ads solely for the newsletter and crafted a welcome series that engaged and informed users about the product, yielding much better results that allowed us to scale up. However, we sought to enhance our approach further. We decided to implement a lead magnet by advertising a resource booklet on landing jobs at prestigious companies, followed by a highly personalized welcome series. This strategy was very successful, reducing our already improved CPA by half and significantly increasing our newsletter subscribers from 4,000 to 10,000 within two months. We have committed to this strategy, generating more content and conducting split tests on our welcome series to lower costs even more. Word Tonic is now growing at an unprecedented pace, and we’re thrilled to be on this journey.

Maeving is a UK-based brand specializing in electric motorbikes. They believe that the future doesn't have to be overly futuristic and that fusing classic design with modern technology is the ideal way to encourage people to embrace electric vehicles.
