Over the past 15 years, I have assisted consumer goods companies in optimizing and expanding their operations and finance departments. For more than a third of this time, I led these departments, where I focused on developing and documenting processes, conducting in-depth analyses of various aspects of the companies, and leveraging this data to create strategies that boosted profitability. Through both successes and setbacks, I've gained valuable perspectives on identifying and addressing various challenges faced by product companies. I am well-acquainted with balancing multiple tasks and thriving in dynamic growth settings. While pursuing my MBA, I maintained a full-time position at a toy company, concentrating on designing and implementing a domestic fulfillment network to support significant growth following the acquisition of a license for one of the most popular app-toys in recent years. In my most recent position, I was responsible for the overall profitability of the company. I ensured our financial records were accurate, allowing for thorough analysis of margins by item, customer, brand, and channel, which led to data-driven changes aimed at increasing margins, reducing costs, and surpassing financial growth targets.
