This initiative was part of the worldwide rebranding of Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services as it became Pluxee. Our team oversaw the UI design, front-end development, and Angular implementation for all of the brand's B2B and B2C platforms. For this particular project, we created and developed interfaces that allowed users to add the Pluxee benefits card to the Uber Eats app, permitting them to use their balance as a payment option within the app.

Central to this initiative is a pictogram system that acts as a means of communication. Our goal is to facilitate cognitive accessibility in order to enhance the independence and autonomy of all users. The PWA simplifies complex tasks by breaking them down into straightforward, clear steps. Each pictogram is crafted with three levels of detail to enhance understanding: - **Context**: Establishes the setting for the task (e.g., a hospital or bus station). - **Milestone**: Identifies the primary objective within that setting (e.g., checking in). - **Action**: Details the subsequent step required to achieve the milestone (e.g., submitting a document). This structured approach ensures accurate communication, enabling users to engage more effectively with public services.
