Toyota Motors

Toyota Motor Corporation, a Japanese multinational automotive manufacturer based in Toyota City, Aichi, Japan, is the world's largest automobile producer, manufacturing around 10 million vehicles annually. We supported Toyota's team by establishing a comprehensive design system and key design elements, which simplified the process of creating vehicle pages into a quick and iterative workflow. Our approach ensured consistency while allowing for personalization, enabling each vehicle landing page to tell its individual story, in harmony with the marketing materials produced by the Toyota marketing team. This strategy maintained brand integrity while enhancing the narrative aspect, making each vehicle's showcase unique and engaging. Toyota launched an ambitious campaign to revamp their public website, focusing on the homepage and landing pages for popular models such as the Camry, Highlander, RAV4, BZ4X, and Tundra. Their objective was to transform the user experience by redefining modern web design. They sought to incorporate innovative scrolling storytelling features that would captivate visitors, engaging them in a dynamic and interactive exploration of their vehicle selections. These improvements were designed not solely for visual appeal but to engage consumers by guiding them through compelling content and interactive features. The aim was to deliver an immersive experience that not only educated potential buyers but also motivated them to consider customization options for their selected vehicles. By enchanting the audience with these state-of-the-art design elements, Toyota planned to enhance user engagement, elevate consumer interest, and ultimately drive vehicle sales by providing a richer digital experience.

DoorDash – UI/UX Design, Web Design, Design System

Doordash

DoorDash is a tech company dedicated to connecting individuals with the best offerings in their communities. By developing a logistics infrastructure for local commerce, DoorDash aims to enhance and empower local economies. Black Flag Creative introduced an innovative approach to the restaurant interface on the DoorDash platform. We identified key challenges in the financial section of the merchant portal, especially regarding financial reconciliation, and formulated strategies to enhance the user experience and strengthen the relationship between restaurants and DoorDash. Our agency also designed reusable components for the desktop application, mobile app, email templates, PDF documents, invoicing, and order fulfillment. Black Flag redefined the user experience for restaurants seeking to opt in for capital and cash advances to improve their cash flow. Additionally, we contributed to the design system components in Figma and assisted all teams in developing and enhancing solutions for the restaurant user interface when managing their DoorDash accounts.

Elevance Health – Web Design, SaaS, Design System

Elevance Health

Elevance Health, previously known as Anthem Health, is a U.S.-based health insurance provider. The company offers a range of services, including medical, pharmaceutical, dental, behavioral health, long-term care, and disability plans through various affiliated entities such as Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Empire Blue Cross BlueShield, Anthem Blue Cross, Wellpoint, and Carelon. By 2022, Elevance Health had 46.8 million members enrolled in its health plans. Black Flag Creative collaborated closely with the Elevance Health team to design tailored, innovative interface solutions for new products that provide physicians with insights to enhance their decision-making for patient care. A significant focus area was Health OS Desktop, a new platform designed to serve as a single access point for tools and insights aimed at improving efficiency in patient population management. Our team identified ways to highlight important care opportunities by employing a comprehensive view of the health data of physicians’ patients. Health OS Desktop was designed to allow for the flexible integration of actionable insights and services for physicians and their practices.
