Committed to empowerment, equity, and excellence, it provides access to key resources and sparks impactful discussion to bridge disparities faced by Black-owned businesses and media. Despite increased advertising investments, Black-owned media remains underfunded. The Collective strives to elevate Black talent and promote equitable opportunities, responding to industry efforts and persistent gaps with a dedicated mission to support and amplify Black voices.
