KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS: - **Institutional Engagement & Speaker Recruitment:** Secured influential stakeholders and speakers from LATAM and global institutions, including leaders in central bank regulation, banking associations, licensing authorities, and digital asset banking. - **Strategic Positioning:** Crafted an event narrative centered on institutional Web3 adoption, regulatory frameworks, and fintech innovation in LATAM to draw in high-value sponsors and speakers. - **Sponsor Package Development:** Designed tiered sponsorship options that aligned with institutional values, facilitating scalable onboarding of sponsors. - **Outreach Frameworks:** Created systematic outreach methodologies, including sequencing, messaging structures, and follow-up strategies for sponsors, speakers, and media partners. - **Media Relations & Public Relations:** Managed media partnerships and press outreach to enhance the event's visibility within the LATAM Web3 and fintech sectors. Developed a qualified pipeline for sponsors, partners, and founders within ICP LATAM's ecosystem initiatives—transforming outreach into an organized deal flow and fostering warm introductions. This engagement included post-batch reporting and recommendations for enhancing the participant journey. WHAT WE CREATED: • Project Evaluation: Screened and assessed Web3 projects to ensure they met the criteria for ICP LATAM's incubator/accelerator, establishing a qualified pool of applicants that aligned with the program's technological and business standards. • Partner Assignment: Identified and directed suitable founders and partners within the ICP LATAM ecosystem, collaborating with local leaders including the director of the Argentina chapter. • Ongoing Process: Implemented follow-up systems with simplified reporting to maintain a pipeline that is ready for conversion and action. • Outcome: A comprehensive final report on the pipeline delivered after Batch 2, which included suggestions for future improvements.
