Confronted with considerable technical debt from its outdated systems, Profitus sought to replace its legacy system. To address increasing demands and uphold its reputation, the company required a scalable and experienced partner to effectively manage its growing technical debt. Our task was to thoroughly assess the business to provide optimal solutions tailored to its requirements. **Solution** To start, Bitcat established a scalable delivery framework. This framework provided the team with a comprehensive understanding of the delivery process and roadmap, while facilitating regular stand-ups and updates. Though some features and timelines were predefined within this framework, it did not impede overall development and allowed for smooth integration of changes. The framework also incorporated best practices for metrics, source code analysis, continuous integration/continuous delivery, automated testing, and a serverless approach to self-provisioning. **Results** The outcome was an impressive single-page application (SPA) equipped with numerous custom features, including a referral program, extensive data tracking and reporting, auto-investment functionality, a file management subsystem, a secondary marketplace, and a bespoke SPA for internal back-office management, along with a tailored landing page.
