TalentLyft

TalentLyft is a recruitment platform designed to serve as an essential hiring ally for large organizations seeking top talent. Often described as the Swiss Army Knife of recruitment software, TalentLyft enables companies to prioritize candidates over the management of hiring processes. Bien was enlisted by the client to assist in redesigning the tool and infusing it with fresh ideas. Over the first few months, a strong partnership emerged, which we continue to foster. We have created a visual identity, established brand guidelines, and developed promotional and marketing materials, with a significant focus on enhancing the UX/UI of their web platform. Our efforts have included brainstorming new features, designing wireframes, conducting user testing to validate our designs, performing audits and reviews, and, importantly, collaborating with developers to implement the design and refine the overall product.

Volotea Design System

Volotea

Volotea is among the rapidly expanding independent low-cost airlines in Europe, boasting a dynamic design system that greatly influences its users. We assisted them in migrating from Abstract and Sketch to Figma, which has become a new standard in the industry. In addition to transitioning and updating the previous design system, we focused on enhancing user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) while developing new components and features.
