Yoffix is a B2B desk booking platform designed for organizations to enhance the efficiency of their office resources according to their capacity. Recognizing that B2B companies were already utilizing various existing tools, the solution aimed to create an integration platform that could connect with external services and facilitate seamless communication between these systems. We built the entire platform with integrations for Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Slack, Paddle, and several other prominent HR systems. The platform was fully hosted on AWS, featuring CI/CD pipelines. All infrastructure was managed as Infrastructure as Code (IaaC), with monitoring and observability provided through AWS services.

Mall.CZ is a major competitor in the Czech Republic's e-commerce sector. To improve the shopping experience for its customers, Mall aimed to offer personalized recommendations based on shopping carts, browsing history, and the items currently being viewed. We utilized our expertise to develop a new recommendation engine, creating a model trained on historical data to identify patterns, and subsequently conducted A/B testing employing the latest MLOps methodologies.

Several prominent banks in the Czech Republic, such as ČSOB, Komerční Banka, and Raiffeisenbank, aimed to enhance their client portfolio performance by anticipating future transaction trends and improving customer engagement. Utilizing our expertise, we created sophisticated forecasting models based on historical transaction data to better understand and predict upcoming patterns. We applied advanced techniques to generate precise predictions. By incorporating these models, we empowered these banks to make data-driven decisions, leading to greater customer satisfaction and a notable rise in transaction volumes. This approach enabled them to pinpoint underperforming months and identify high-value customers, which assisted in refining their marketing strategies and optimizing resource allocation.
