E-commerce platform integrated with Dynamics Busin

Proquinorte

For more details, visit: https://bit.ly/4lAPMmt Overview: Proquinorte SA, a Spanish company with over five decades of expertise, encountered a significant obstacle: transitioning from a slow, error-prone manual ordering system to a modern digital solution. With a product catalog exceeding 500,000 items, managing various options, customized pricing, and real-time inventory updates had become unmanageable. Solution: To address this issue, we created an e-commerce platform using NopCommerce, which is fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. This went beyond being merely an online store; it evolved into a comprehensive system aimed at streamlining operations, automating processes, and ensuring accuracy. During the requirements analysis phase, further needs were identified, including advanced product variant management, dynamic pricing strategies, and real-time catalog-inventory synchronization. Contributions from logistics, marketing, sales, and IT teams informed the solution, while pilot testing with select premium customers allowed for adjustments prior to the official launch. An iterative methodology ensured the solution remained adaptable and aligned with genuine business needs. Key results: - Time savings: Significant reductions in order management times and the elimination of manual errors. - User experience: An intuitive interface featuring robust search and product filtering capabilities. - Order & invoice management: Comprehensive access to order history, real-time status tracking, and clear invoicing processes. - Future-proofing: An architecture designed to accommodate new features such as recurring orders and advanced customizations.

Custom solution to construction site auditing comp

Unknown

For more details, visit: https://bit.ly/3jlhK8c Overview Our client, a construction site auditing firm based in Switzerland, sought to enhance their methods of collecting and processing site inspection data. Their previous approach relied heavily on manual tasks and various tools, including taking photographs and jotting down hand notes. We created a platform with associated applications that automated and streamlined data collection and organization. Now, the mobile application allows site auditors to gather and upload field activity records directly to the cloud, while an integrated web app enables office personnel to generate reports and analytics. Product Discovery To optimize workflows and boost productivity, our client required a new system for real-time data collection, sharing, and processing. We assessed their existing practices and developed a cloud-based working environment. The mobile app facilitates the input and editing of various data types (notes, photos) and automates certain functions through predefined option selections. When inspectors upload data using the mobile app, office staff can swiftly generate a digital report, which they can then save, share, or print. Results The revised workflow and enhanced collaboration have resulted in a significant productivity boost for both field and office teams. Auditors can document site auditing data more rapidly while minimizing the risk of losing information. Office employees can process the data in real time. The average duration from site visit to final report generation has been reduced by about 70%. Consequently, the company can deliver precise site assessments to their clients more swiftly, helping them mitigate the risks associated with safety regulation breaches.

Results: Through our partnership, 3M Health Information Systems swiftly and flexibly met their need for increased client support capacity. Our IT staff augmentation solution streamlined their administrative processes compared to hiring internally.
