OUR STORY
**BACKGROUND** Please provide information about your company and your role there. I am the Co-Founder of Humantra, a wellness brand that sells directly to consumers.
**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE** What projects or services led your company to hire BedaBeda Growth, and what were your objectives? We engaged Kanika and her team to enhance specific pages on our website.
**SOLUTION** How did you choose this vendor and what influenced your decision? I had previously collaborated with Kanika and her team on my former brand, Hopi, and appreciated their work and professionalism.
**Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.** We requested Kanika and her team to redesign our Product Detail Page (PDP) and develop a more informative page to educate users about the science behind our products and the ingredients utilized.
**How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their roles?** Kanika was my primary point of contact, with additional support from Katherine. The broader team was also involved in the design and development stages.
**RESULTS & FEEDBACK** Can you provide any measurable results of the project or general impressions of the deliverables? The revamped PDP not only looks fantastic but has also boosted our web conversion rate from approximately 8% to an average of over 13%, which is exceptional.
**Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.** Kanika manages the process expertly—she communicates effectively and never overpromises. In fact, she prefers to be upfront about limitations rather than promise what can’t be delivered, which I appreciate.
**What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?** They genuinely care about their work. They focus on substance over gimmicks, unlike some who only prioritize aspects like ensuring the CTA is above the fold. It's about crafting an attractive, functional page that showcases a quality product, which I really admire.
**Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?** I wish they could take on more projects for us!
