Launched in July 2022, Omnihawk USA has transformed the outdoor equipment sector with its customizable hatchets. These functional and stylish tools, tailored for activities like hiking, camping, and farming, feature distinctive customization options such as different cord and handle colors, as well as custom laser etching on the cerakote blade. To promote this innovative product, Omnihawk USA partnered with BECK Digital. The main challenge involved developing an e-commerce system capable of managing the intricacies of custom orders. Additionally, it was essential to integrate this system with the current shipping and ordering workflows while providing a seamless online shopping experience. This integration facilitates a dynamic and customizable shopping journey, including an interactive product configurator, and enables efficient online sales management, including tracking distribution sales via QR codes. Dogwood Health Trust

Dogwood Health Trust (DHT) is a philanthropic organization dedicated to improving the lives of people across generations in Western North Carolina. Their focus areas include housing, education, economic opportunity, and health and wellness. With a vision of creating opportunities for everyone, this $1.5 billion endowed trust plays a key role in promoting community equity and investment in the 18 counties and the Qualla Boundary of the region. BECK Digital has collaborated with DHT since its early days, initially working with Atlanta’s Mission Health System’s Office of Philanthropy and then transitioning to support DHT after HCA’s important acquisition of Mission Health System. In 2019, our task was to establish DHT as a reputable entity in the nonprofit world by creating its first website, which became a fundamental part of its community identity. This site featured an organized structure that improved user experience for grant applicants and recipients, as well as a digital annual report page for insights on funding and grants. We also developed an interactive digital annual report to engage users in exploring DHT’s contributions. Additionally, BECK Digital offered strategic guidance for comprehensive digital marketing initiatives aimed at geotargeting the 18 counties to broaden reach and inclusivity within those communities. This strategy was crucial in enhancing DHT’s message and mission. As Dogwood Health Trust continues to support and elevate Western North Carolina communities, BECK Digital is dedicated to enhancing its digital outreach, ensuring that its online presence is as effective as its on-the-ground initiatives.
