BearPlex's NDIS Communication System Dashboard Design At BearPlex, we transformed the user experience in the NDIS sector by developing a lively, minimalist dashboard for the NDIS Communication System. Our goal was to bring energy to the typically dull NDIS environment by creating a user-centric platform that fosters smooth communication between NDIS service providers and participants. Our design focused on a well-structured dashboard layout, enhanced with bold color accents. A sidebar showcased essential features, Inbox Categories, and team members along with colorful avatars. The central area featured an easy-to-navigate list of conversations, with an expanded view pane for selected chats accommodating various message types. Additionally, a right-side info bar enriched the layout by providing important details about chat participants, quick-action options, and vivid internal notes, all aimed at helping NDIS service providers manage communication effectively. To cater to different user preferences, we included a sleek dark mode option, enabling users to switch effortlessly between light and dark themes—ideal for those working in low-light environments or those who prefer a subtler visual aesthetic. This flexibility not only enhances user comfort but also improves accessibility. In summary, our animated and effective NDIS Communication System dashboard combines essential communication tools with an uplifting design. By linking to the Vertex360 NDIS management system, our work has laid the foundation for a seamless and enjoyable user experience across both platforms. With this initiative, we have introduced energy and dynamism into the NDIS industry.
