About the Team
OUR STORY
Andrea Spyros and Nancy DeFina, the founders of BD3 Solutions, united over a shared struggle with procrastination during the 2020 launch of Dr. BJ Fogg's book, "Tiny Habits." Drawing upon years of training in Stanford's Behavior Design Lab methods and their own real-world experiments, they developed the Untangle Procrastination™ program. Their approach views procrastination not as a moral failing but as a design issue that can be resolved through behavior science. BD3 Solutions offers tools and structured, inclusive methods to help individuals and organizations enact positive, lasting change with clarity and ease. Their evidence-based 7-step system promotes faster, more accurate decision-making, emphasizing psychological safety and creativity to improve effectiveness and reduce wasted resources.
