Baur Software

Baur Software is a consultancy based in San Diego, owned by veterans, specializing in addressing challenges related to data integration, automation, and technology strategy for businesses looking to accelerate their operations. Our primary offering, Data 360, integrates various systems and reveals actionable insights. Unlike traditional agencies, we operate with a concurrent task model that ensures predictable monthly costs while allowing for quick scaling in response to business needs—eliminating surprise invoices and scope creep issues. We excel in assisting companies dealing with complexity, such as compliance in financial services, AI integration, and upgrading legacy systems. Our custom solutions cater to a wide range of clients, from local service providers to large enterprises processing hundreds of thousands of transactions daily. Founded by Todd Baur, an experienced consultant with a background at Tesla, PayPal, Walmart, and Meta, we apply enterprise-level strategies to businesses that require fast-paced solutions without the delays typical of larger organizations.
