Rolls Royce Case Study

Unknown

We collaborated with Rolls-Royce to create a new mobile application, enhancing its features and streamlining processes. The challenge was to allow nuclear engineers to oversee systems from any location. Although Rolls Royce had a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) website that delivered real-time data from power plant sensors, it was only accessible to those present in the control room. To address this, we assigned a five-person software development team to Rolls Royce. To accelerate the launch, we developed a Progressive Web Application (PWA) as a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), enabling us to leverage the web app's existing code for the mobile version. As a result, Rolls Royce's platform now digitalizes sensor data from power plants. Previously, real-time data could only be viewed on-site, but the mobile app extends the MSDS system’s functionality, making it accessible from anywhere. The app retrieves real-time data from sensors across Rolls-Royce's clients' power plants and includes features such as: - Real-time monitoring of multiple power plants within a single app - Customizable alerts/alarms tailored to specific local conditions and variations - Analysis of current, historical, and trend data - Remote access secured with advanced cybersecurity measures.

Google Success Story

Unknown

We supplied Google with a team of QA engineers who transformed manual testing into automated testing processes. This enhancement increased scalability while ensuring a uniform user experience across various devices and platforms. The Challenge: Google required external QA testing for its Android operating system and YouTube. It was crucial to deliver a consistent experience on TV, desktop, mobile, Android, Windows, and iOS platforms. They sought QA engineers with expertise in all core platforms to address user feedback from the largest audience worldwide. The Solution: We collaborated with five of Google's QA teams. For the launch of Android TV, Google relied on us to provide both standalone and integrated testing services. We ensured that the interface aligned with Google's brand standards and user expectations. Our team effectively identified issues while managing changes to the user experience during the Android TV rollout. The Outcome: Our teams accomplished the following: - Detected bugs in the Android Google Search App (AGSA) and Google Search Appliance (GSA) - Conducted manual testing for the Google Assistant App on Android TV devices (Nvidia Shield, JBL Soundbar, Direct TV, and Sony TV) - Developed scripts for automating testing on YouTube, Android, and iOS apps - Executed Automation Testing for Google+.

IQVIA Success Story

Unknown

We assisted IQVIA in tackling a development backlog and enhancing user experience. **The Challenge:** IQVIA is dedicated to creating top-tier technology solutions to support its extensive network of experts. However, they encountered difficulties such as a lack of digital expertise, the need for scalability and agility, and a shortage of qualified professionals. **The Solution:** Over three years, we provided support to IQVIA through our specialized team model. We formed a team of experienced React and Salesforce engineers to address their development requirements for two platforms: Transparency Reporting and SmartSolve. **The Outcome:** Our team of specialists helped IQVIA by: - Creating React components for both platforms. - Utilizing Zeplin to collaborate on detailed visual specifications for the new components. - Managing the migration process to seamlessly integrate these components with the front-end. - Redesigning the global transparency reporting system, known as Transparency Reporting. We streamlined development processes and developed a more modern, intuitive, and user-friendly experience for IQVIA’s applications.
