The Brief NBS acknowledged the necessity for a well-rounded digital product that would deliver an engaging user experience while focusing on accessibility and mobile compatibility. Key elements comprised the introduction of single sign-on capabilities for personalized content access, integration with Vimeo for smooth video presentation, and maintaining website security through automatic SSL certificate renewal. Client Objectives As Finesa embarked on its digital transformation journey, they turned to BACKBONE for assistance. Together, we redefined their digital advancement, resulting in a strategy to create a fully manageable and scalable digital ecosystem that would support both their internal processes and their customer-facing funding services. Opportunities and Challenges The Strategy BACKBONE initiated a project aimed at crafting the best possible customer experiences for Finesa's clients, as well as enhancing internal team dynamics on a platform designed for growth and sustainability. We established a cohesive brand ecosystem with a new artistic direction and style guide, which would act as a visual framework for Finesa's brand and its future service expansion.
