Many of the needs of older individuals are unmet, and caregivers often lack proper training. ACT has determined that it is essential to establish systems that can identify risks to the wellbeing, independence, and health of older adults. Additionally, there is a need for scalable training systems for caregivers. Drawing on decades of research, ACT offers services across four main areas: a person-centered assessment and care-planning tool that addresses the genuine concerns and needs of older adults, an analytics tool that provides valuable data on the outcomes of interventions and the trajectories of wellbeing, independence, social connections, and health in older individuals, a training program designed to empower caregivers, and consultancy services to assist in developing policies, strategies, and implementation plans at global, national, and local levels. **Challenge** Prior to partnering with Atom, ACT was unaware of the organization of its IT infrastructure, making system updates appear complex and costly. This situation hindered their ability to create products and services. **Solution** Atom successfully identified the shortcomings in ACT's previous IT infrastructure and recommended a more effective alternative. While their original concept centered on in-person tutoring, the Covid-19 pandemic necessitated a quick transition to online tutoring, requiring assistance to adapt their MVP accordingly. **Solution:** Atom successfully developed Sophia’s initial MVP within four months, enhancing both their business strategy and validating the concept. For the website, Atom designed a user-friendly web application for both tutors and potential clients. Tutors can create an account and submit required documents online for verification before scheduling interviews and setting up their profiles for lessons. Likewise, parents and mature students can express interest for themselves or their children. Additionally, Atom implemented an admin system that helps Sophia monitor registrations, sessions, and ratings.

This insight led to the development of a solution that enables employers to assist their employees directly. **Company Introduction** Employees dealing with financial difficulties are more inclined to change jobs for even a slight increase in salary, and the cost of replacing and retraining staff can exceed twice the salary of the departing employee. Snippet utilizes specialized software and attentive service via an intuitive user interface to facilitate salary loans, thereby reducing employee turnover. Through the platform, employees can register, set up an account, and request a loan by specifying their desired amount, which employers can then review and approve.
