Shift Energy Group

Establishing a consistent standard across all platforms When we initially collaborated with Shift Energy, they already had a brand in place, but it was difficult to convey it effectively across various channels. This led to a significant lack of brand recognition, which is essential for fostering client trust. To address this issue, we developed a comprehensive set of brand guidelines to standardize Shift Energy's identity, focusing on color consistency. These guidelines covered color matching for both print and digital formats, logo usage and placement rules, and typography styles. We also created a handbook to ensure a unified brand experience at every level. Reaching the right audience Shift Energy targets a broad market. To draw in the appropriate customers, they needed a narrative tone that reflected their brand personality and effectively conveyed their message. We identified three main target audiences and crafted a brand voice that could engage each one directly. Additionally, we organized the content hierarchy for their website by reassessing how to categorize information to help users find what they need easily. As a result, the navigation of content is straightforward, enhancing the clarity of their messaging. Developing a lead-generating website For Shift Energy, their website serves as a key first impression. We designed and built a user-friendly site that allows visitors to toggle through options, use list views, filter information, and engage with content in a way that suits them. We included custom animated illustrations to keep users interested, as well as templates for organizing their detailed case studies. Furthermore, we fully optimized the content using SEO strategies to ensure Shift Energy is visible in search results. This approach has successfully generated and converted organic leads while supporting their sales team, positioning them as leaders in sustainable energy solutions. We are proud to announce that this website won a Gold award at the 2021 Muse Awards and a Platinum award at Hermes for our contributions.

Specsavers is among the largest optical retail chains globally, with stores in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, and now Canada. After acquiring Image Optometry, a previous client of Array, Specsavers contacted our team to update the mobile app we had developed for Image Optometry as part of their rebranding efforts for the Canadian market. Under a tight deadline, we redesigned the app with a user-friendly interface that enhances the in-store sales tool currently utilized in Specsavers locations across Canada.
