IN CLINICAL TRIALS, TIME IS MONEY AND TIME IS LIFE

Unknown

Clinical trials that typically take three years can cost as much as $450 million. However, AROBS Life Sciences Solutions, through its Software Services Division, has worked on a project that has managed to reduce this cost by 75%. This reduction in time translates to cost savings and is crucial in the pharmaceutical sector, where time can be a matter of life and death. By utilizing our collaborative solution, the timeframe for conducting clinical trial research for new products has been optimized, decreasing from three years to just three months. Given that a single day of clinical trial research can reach costs of up to $1.8 million, this brings the overall expenditure down by 75%. Our contribution involves the AROBS Life Sciences Solutions Department developing expertise in specialized software that streamlines the clinical trial process from research to approval prior to reaching consumers. Essentially, we assist businesses in analyzing drug characteristics more efficiently, allowing for quicker submissions for approval. Our successful delivery of Life Sciences solutions for international partners, combined with our adaptability in aligning with clients’ specific processes and standards, provides us with a competitive advantage in the ever-evolving clinical trial research landscape. Our expertise centers on clinical randomization and trial supply management through professional Interactive Response Technology (IRT) solutions, developed using state-of-the-art web technologies for both web and mobile platforms. Our clients expressed the need for a solution that supports patient screening and enrollment in clinical trials, as well as randomization and drug supply management. We addressed this need by integrating Interactive Web Response Services (IWRS), developed alongside an Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS). The web-based service created by our developers offers robust reporting features and other practical functionalities.

RENTYOURCRANE

Unknown

RentYourCrane is a forward-thinking initiative that leverages technology to modernize an industry that is over a century old. They required high-quality software solutions for their project, and our team from Travel & Hospitality Solutions took on this task. Niels Wouters, Finance Manager at RentYourCrane, shares, "AROBS is a laid-back yet diligent company with the ability to deliver results. We truly value their collaborative spirit and support throughout the entire process. We were in search of a new booking platform—encompassing both front-end and back-end development—and after considering various suppliers, we chose AROBS. Their experience and enthusiasm instilled the trust we needed. The process was smooth and straightforward, and we wholeheartedly recommend them." In terms of lifting operations, finding the right solution can be quite challenging. RentYourCrane simplifies this by allowing users to quickly and easily place orders by specifying the location, date range, and product. **Business Challenge** With 120 years of experience in the field, our client sought an innovative approach to create an online rental platform and a back-office application to streamline product management and enhance customer interaction. Initially focused on managing the client’s inventory of cranes, the goal has evolved to expand the platform to support other suppliers in the industry. This will enable a unified search interface for customers to find the best crane for their lifting tasks, whether it involves maneuvering large artworks, accessing hard-to-reach locations, or organizing construction logistics. A mobile rental solution is also being developed, aimed at replicating the website's functionalities while ensuring a swift and straightforward rental process. **AROBS Strategy for RentYourCrane** To fully understand the client's business and provide optimal solutions, we initiated our partnership with a Business Analyst. This team member assisted in translating the client's requirements into mockups and developed use cases that offered a deeper understanding of the application workflows. A UX Designer subsequently created an appealing design for both the website and mobile applications, prioritizing user-friendliness. With these foundations in place, the development team began the implementation phase, utilizing a SCRUM Agile methodology that allowed for ongoing adjustments and enhancements to the initially defined needs and design as the project progressed. **Technologies & Tools Used** - JavaScript, React Native - Laravel – PHP - MySQL, Redis - HTML 5 / CSS 3, Bootstrap
