All services are powered by a unified set of RESTful web services. The system ensures high availability with no downtime for maintenance or updates, and it adheres to PCI DSS standards. They are global leaders in various sectors, including Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, Home Entertainment, Mobile Communications, Solar Technologies, and Display Technologies. The project involved developing an image recommendation system similar to Google's image search, specifically designed for the visual arts and creative industries. This required an efficient and precise solution to identify and recommend images based on user inquiries. **Our Solution:** We implemented Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), which represent advanced image recognition technology. CNNs excel at processing visual data due to their capability to learn and recognize patterns within images. Our system is divided into two main phases: 1. **Model Training & Tuning and Feature Extraction (Offline):** In this stage, the CNN model is trained on a vast collection of images, allowing it to learn to identify and comprehend various features and patterns. Feature extraction is a critical component of this phase, where the trained model analyzes images to pull out significant characteristics such as shapes, colors, textures, or specific objects. This information is essential for understanding and categorizing the images. 2. **Image Query & Retrieval (Online):** In this phase, the system engages with users in real-time. Unlike conventional ticketing agents, their aim is to empower the organizers, allowing clients to sell directly to customers through their own websites, mobile platforms, or Facebook pages. **Our Solution** The client faced considerable difficulties with their current platform, which relied on an outdated and unstable version of Magento. This older system's complex and monolithic nature limited its scalability, flexibility, and reliability. To tackle these challenges, Arnia proposed a strategic transition from the monolithic Zend PHP/MySQL application to a more contemporary and flexible microservices architecture.
