At that time, their staff was manually handling all loan-related tasks, which consumed a considerable amount of time for each loan request. The existing web application functioned merely as a database due to its limitations. **Solution** After thoroughly analyzing the client’s business strategy and competitive landscape, we designed and developed a comprehensive and highly secure custom loan automation system. This solution was tailored to satisfy the needs of all stakeholders involved in the loan processing. **Business Results** The implemented solution enabled the client to achieve significant operational milestones. These outcomes demonstrate that the client’s loan origination processes have become more efficient, resulting in reduced manual effort, lower default rates, better fund allocation, and increased profits.

Loan Management System for SME Lending

**Objectives** The Armada Labs team was engaged to create a comprehensive financial solution for automated loan management tailored to the SME sector, focusing on quick loan application processing. From a technical standpoint, we aimed to develop a RESTful web service wrapper that would accept input from various calling applications, such as Salesforce. This service would interface with the existing Lexis Nexis wrapper and trigger calls to an R script within the DeployR API. **Solution** Armada Labs successfully delivered a robust loan management platform and ISO Portal designed for SMEs. The platform facilitated efficient loan underwriting, document reviews, and online client data management utilizing machine learning algorithms. The development process was divided into two phases: In the first phase, we created a web service capable of managing requests from the calling application while authenticating these requests via user ID and token verification. We initially designed the platform to connect with Tracker DB. In the second phase, we restructured the platform to enable it to interact with Salesforce instead of the original database. We utilized the Salesforce WSDL to handle all necessary interactions between the ISO Portal and Salesforce. Consequently, the ISO Portal was able to save applications in Salesforce and retrieve existing dealer applications from it.
