Arka Forge is a game technology studio that focuses on co-development for game developers and publishers. We integrate into your workflow as a premium execution partner, offering comprehensive development capabilities in Unreal Engine 5 and Unity for teams that require quick progress without increasing their workforce. We collaborate in four areas of co-development: Features & Systems, which includes gameplay systems, mechanics, and engine-level work for ongoing projects; Prototypes & Vertical Slices, providing quick builds to demonstrate concepts, secure funding, or validate design strategies; AI & Agentic Systems, focusing on NPC behavior, adaptive systems, procedural generation, and AI-driven gameplay; and Serious Games & Gamification, creating interactive training experiences, simulations, and gamified systems for enterprise clients. Our founder previously developed a training simulator for nuclear glovebox operations at Los Alamos National Laboratory, built in UE5 with custom game logic, real-time performance tracking, and task sequence evaluation. This project exemplifies the technical excellence we bring to each co-development partnership.
