Arenema

Arenema is a boutique IT consulting firm located in Switzerland, featuring a small, welcoming team of tech consultants with nearshore offices in Estonia and offshore locations in India, as well as satellite offices in the UK and Singapore. Our global presence is coupled with a straightforward mission: to assist businesses in lowering technology expenses, speeding up innovation, and simplifying complexities. Unlike large consultancies, we believe our size is an advantage, enabling us to be agile, values-driven, and hands-on. Our clients engage directly with the team executing the work. We collaborate with organizations to: - Decrease IT development and cloud expenses by up to 40% - Accelerate delivery using AI-enhanced engineering - Identify smart opportunities for automation and modernization - Navigate compliance, security, and transformation without the confusion of jargon We are committed to promoting sustainability in IT and helping companies achieve this goal, while adhering to high standards of social responsibility across all our offices. Most importantly, we provide recommendations that genuinely serve our clients’ interests—no upselling or hidden motives, just straightforward advice and tangible results. Our clients often say we feel more like an extension of their team rather than a typical vendor, which is precisely our objective.
