Real-Time Face Recognition for Secure Field Access

This platform was created to simplify data collection and verify the workforce across various agricultural locations without needing to hire additional staff. We started by updating the client’s outdated system, establishing a reliable digital groundwork for future expansion. With the modernization finished, the leadership team focused on transforming their operations with AI. Manual ID checks at field checkpoints were slow, prone to errors, and hard to manage with the seasonal workforce. The CTO proposed a facial recognition system but didn’t have the internal AI expertise to implement it securely and effectively. Our solution, Ardas, introduced a lightweight, edge-compatible facial recognition module that integrates with the client’s internal user management system. This system: - Verifies employee identities using camera input, even offline - Automatically syncs data once reconnected - Logs entries and exits in real time for secure, contactless access This AI-enhanced solution boosted security, reduced manual tasks, and improved operational efficiency, facilitating the client’s transition to scalable and intelligent field operations.

Digital and AI Tranformation for Healthtech

We implemented a gradual transformation of a clinical platform, beginning with updating legacy systems and progressing to AI-driven features to adapt to the changing landscape of healthcare delivery. Our Strategy: A dedicated team of five engineers was assembled to revamp the core architecture, enhance user experience, and ensure reliable performance during peak loads. We transitioned to microservices and utilized Azure cloud for scalable and secure deployments. The first AI feature introduced was a clinician Q&A chatbot designed to improve evidence-based decision-making. We also established a roadmap for integrating AI capabilities and expediting future digital transformation. Outcomes: The legacy system was modernized and stabilized, performance and scalability were improved, user experience was enhanced, and the initial step in AI transformation was achieved with the launch of the chatbot feature.

Multi-Tenant Enterprise Client Portal

We created a secure, multi-tenant platform that facilitates the deployment of applications, organization management, and user role control for enterprises, all done easily. The solution was designed with scalability, strong authentication, and efficient administration in mind. How we provided value: - Cross-functional team collaboration — Our team, comprising project managers, account managers, business analysts, DevOps professionals, architects, developers, and QA testers, focused on ensuring stability, scalability, and a smooth user experience. - MVP launch — This phase included Single Sign-On (SSO) through Auth0, an Admin Dashboard, role-based access control (RBAC), and CI/CD pipelines for automating updates and simplifying access management. - Scalable architecture — We designed the system for sustainable growth, with future enhancements planned for real-time analytics, AI features, and mobile access. - Business impact — This solution empowered the client to securely scale their operations and broaden their enterprise reach with a flexible and future-ready platform.
